A Common Sandpiper on the Chappell bund was a new arrival, also a Ringed Plover was at the west end. The male White Wagtail was still on the north shore. The 2nd summer Yellow-legged Gull (photo) was still present. The first Gadwall brood of 6 ducklings have appeared today. 3 Little Egret were noted.
